Approach

How I tend to work when a project, problem or role matters.

My approach is not based on noise, jargon or decorative process. It is based on clarifying the real problem, structuring the work, aligning the right people and keeping delivery grounded in reality.

01

I start by clarifying the real problem

The stated problem is not always the real one. I begin with outcome, constraints, decision logic and context.

02

I structure ambiguity

I make sense of complexity by defining objectives, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, priorities and practical governance.

03

I connect business and technology

I bring enough technical literacy to bridge business users and technical teams, enabling useful translation and requirement shaping.

04

I work through influence, not noise

I operate in matrix organisations where formal authority is not the lever. I build trust, create clarity and apply calm pressure and follow-through.

05

I prefer useful delivery over corporate theatre

Plans should be usable, governance should help not suffocate, and good work should survive contact with reality.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

Clarify

We define the real problem, outcome, constraints and what good looks like.

Prioritise

We focus on what matters most and sequence work for maximum impact.

Align

We bring the right people onto the same page with clear roles and shared intent.

Move

We make decisions, remove blockers and deliver in useful increments.

Senior enough to structure the problem.
Practical enough to help move it forward.
