LBL is formed by 6 partners plus a support team of 10 and has over 25 years experience in offering solutions for companies in complex scenarios, advising social administrators in decision making at critical moments and advising partners and stockholders in case of discrepancy with the direction of the company taken by the managers, or by creditors that see their credit expectations disappointed.
The consultants at the LBL team have held positions of responsibility in industrial and service companies before joining the firm. LBL has two offices, one in Barcelona and another one in Madrid servicing the whole of Spain.
In 2019, one of the partners who I know thru another client, Grup Risc Valor, approached me to assist in a revamp of their website to sync their message to their perceived target groups.
We ended up re-evaluating their whole marketing strategy to clarify what those target groups really are and the best way to approach them through the different communication channels.
The end product comprised a new website, presentation material, product brochures and policy for social networks posting.
